I am disappointed that no progress was made at ACAS today towards resolving the dispute on the Jubilee Line. London Underground Management have imposed rosters that increase weekend working, breaking previous commitments. They refuse to consider making any changes to these rosters or engage in any constructive discussion. Instead of seeking resolution, management are determined to provoke confrontation. They must take full responsibility for the inevitable disruption that will result. Talks on the separate dispute at Acton District will take place on Monday.
