Today (Friday August 3rd) we met Tramlink management to present our Pay and Conditions claim. ASLEF made it clear that we expect a substantial pay rise, increased time off and a 35 hour week to reflect the responsibilities and additional workload that our members face. No offer was made at this initial meeting and we will meet again in early September for the next round of talks. A full report will be given at your ASLEF branch meeting.
