Bullying management plan to break agreements on SSR upgrade. Management on the Circle and Hammersmith line are threatening to send drivers home without pay if they refuse to break agreements on Cross line working. 

Engineering work will take place on Nov 16/17th and they intend to use Edgware Road I/Ops and T/Ops to pick up District line trains from Paddington. This is a clear breach of agreements on no Cross-line working as well as commitments given in talks with senior ASLEF reps. We have made it 100 % clear that this is completely unacceptable. ASLEF will ballot our members across the SSR if this attempt to bully and intimidate drivers does not cease immediately !
